(LN, L) Full. A metathesis of lat. cumulu(m) "comble" has been proposed. But a form mukuru would have been better. There is another form mukurru "volume" with var. mukulu in roncalese. And mukuru "full, overfull" does exist (mukhuru in BN, L, S). The metathesis becomes possible. However it remains probable that another word influenced.

(BN, L) Comble. On a proposé pour ce terme une métathèse du lat. cumulu(m) "comble". Mais logiquement on aurait attendu *mukuru avec une vibrante -r- simple. Il faut donc tenir compte du terme voisin mukurru "volume" qui est mukulu en roncalais. Il existe cependant mukuru "comble, débordant" en HN, BN, G, L, mukhuru en BN, L, S. La métathèse devient alors possible. Il reste néanmoins probable qu’un autre terme ait interféré.
