I have learnt a new phrase this week :
- He does my head in!. Obviously, you say that of someone who is irritating/ annoying you in a very colloquial manner. It would correspond to French Il me prend la tete.
Do you have any ideas whether it's only a dialectal phrase? Do you know any other equivalents in English ? |

It's not dialect, but it is young people's slang.
Older would be "he gets on my nerves", more vulgar "he pisses me off" |
