mutxurdin - Diccionario etimológico vasco-español-francés-inglésSolterona. Según Pouvreau, de mutz/motz "cunnus" (?) y urdin "gris, enmohecido". El gascón tiene también la palabra: moutchourdin con el mismo sentido (Bayonne, Chalosse). Cf. también el verbo mutxutu "enmohecer" (BN) y mutxi "enmohecido, oler a cerrado".
Vieille fille, célibataire. Selon Pouvreau, de mutz/motz "cunnus" (?) et urdin "cano, grison, moisi". Le terme existe aussi en gascon: moutchourdin avec le même sens (Bayonne et Chalosse). Cf. aussi le verbe mutxutu "moisir"(BN) et mutxi "moisi, qui sent le renfermé".
