(B, G) Talon, spur. From eri "finger" according to Azkue. And with be/pe "under". Otherwise from *(h)arp- "to grasp". Var. erpe (B).
(V, G) Garras, espolón. De eri "dedo" según Azkue, con be/pe "bajo". O de *(h)arp- "agarrar". Var. erpe (V).
(B, G) Serre (d’oiseau), griffe, éperon. De eri "doigt" selon Azkue. Et sans doute be/pe "sous". Sinon, de la base *(h)arp- "agripper". Var. erpe (B).
