(XVIth c.) Deep. From *sak- "split". Cognate with altaic saka "to split", jap. sak- "split". Nostratic *säka "split, break" (lat. sec- "cut"), hungarian szak- "split, break", ostyak saxat "to break". See also saki.
(s. XVI) Profundo, hondo. De *sak- "ravino, hendidura". Emparentado con Nostratico *säka "hendidura" (lat. sec- "cortar"). Húngaro szak- "id.", ostiako saxat "quebrar", jap. sak- "hendidura". Véase también saki.
(XVIe s.) Profond. De *sak- "cassure, fente, ravin". Apparenté au Nostratique *säka "fente", cassure" (lat. sec- "couper"). Altaïque saka, jap. sak- "entaille, coupure", hongrois szak- "morceau, cassure", ostiak saxat "casser". Voir aussi saki.
